It is "card" but not an authentic one...

Edited to ad that as a rule of thumb, when a seller writes "BEING SOLD AS A REPIRINT" it is a reprint. Take it to the bank.

I'll take what Matt said one step further. When a seller says "I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS A REPRINT...", it is a reprint then, too.

T206,

In case you were serious. The easiest way to spot the reprints is by looking at the white borders. They don't match and if you look at a number of the originals its easy to spot the variation in the color.

One final step further, if the seller types in all CAPS i wouldn't trust 'em.
