Default T206 Schlei oddity

I picked up this Schlei recently. It's pretty nice, but a bit small although I don't think it's trimmed.

What got me to buy it was the odd blue patch on his arm.

Looking close up, it doesn't look like overinking. The pattern is the same as the sky in the background. Overinking usually isn't this neat either.

The back is SC150-30.

Anyone else have one with the blue on the arm?

Well, it may be another variety or variation. (I've come to prefer variety since it doesn't seem to carry the baggage Variation does.)

But it could be some odd printing thing that I can't think of an explanation for.
If another one turns up to confirm it, then yes, but till then I just think of it as an odd maybe.
