Default Marquard & Bush "Rookie" Cards . . .

Does anyone recognize the publisher or series name of these postcards of Rube Marquard and Donie Bush when they played for Indianapolis in the American Association in 1908, before starting their Big League careers?

I wonder where they got the "Charles" from. Marquard's name was Richard William.

They are extremely scarce and I have only seen them being referred to as Indianapolis Postcards.
