Default What year is this card?

Can someone tell me what this card is? It is of Roger Hornsby and says St Louis. Has a blank back. Thanks.

Are you sure that it's Hornsby? Hornsby batted righty and that looks like a lefty.

The image is reversed...looks like a 1920-21 W516-2-1 with the border cut off.

Is it a well-know/cataloged card/image? I don't see how one could determine that it was Hornsby. I also do not see where it says, "St. Louis".

"Similarly, Hall of Famer Rogers Hornsby bats right (normally) in the first set, but becomes a left-handed batter in the W516-2-1 and W516-2-2 subsets."
