Default Help w/ Star Bloomer Base Ball Club postcard

Happy New Year to All,

This morning I picked up a Star Bloomer Base Ball Club postcard as pictured below. The address is P.A. Schmelz, 627 W. Mich., Indianapolis, Ind. The back of the postcard says it was made by Indianapolis Post Card Co. Have a couple questions I was hoping someone could help me with:

1) Does Maud Nelson appear on this postcard? The pictures I could find weren't that great but they are similar to the lady in the bottom, far right.

2) I've read that major league players would play with these women teams - do any of the three men in the picture look familiar?

Any information or help on this postcard would be appreciated. It was never posted so there is no date either.

Thanks for your time.

Default Maud Nelson

Brett

here's a postcard I have which shows a larger view of Maud Nelson...my guess is that IS Maud shown at the lower right on your postcard...cool card - nice pick up.
