Default Collecting the best of the best...1914 Cracker Jack

It all started about 5 years ago. I was interested in getting back into the hobby that filled my childhood. I posted an ad on Craigslist looking for vintage pre-war baseball cards. A guy from the city contacted me and said he had some. Little did I know I was about to fall in love. Never had I seen these cards before but that had so much eye appeal. I purchased my first 1914 crack jack (Joe Birmingham PSA 4). I got home and researched them and the story is truly remarkable about these cards.

With the popularity around the 100th anniversary a couple years back, and the surfacing of additional supply, it's not as hard as once thought to complete a set of 14's. With prices surging on 50's postwar, I would think vintage and CJ's in particular will be the next sector to take off. Get in now gents!
