Years ago, I started collecting the 1910 COUPON cards by 1st acquiring the Six Super Prints of the T206 set. Believe it or not....for me this Cobb was the easier
card to find of these rare gems.

It's discussed here all the time if the T213 type 1's should be classified as a T206 subset. Each individual person has their own opinion and so far there is no definitive proof one way or the other.

To me they appear to be a less popular brand that used the T206 images to promote the coupon brand following the success that the T206 brands had.

The T213-1's used the 350 only, super prints and Southern League subjects and when you compare them to the other T206 subsets the only similarity they have is that they used the same images. The Coupon type 2's actually have more similarities than the type 1's and they were printed several years after the T206's.

Your "42" number of 350-only series Major Leaguers in the 1910 COUPON set is absolutely incorrect.
Furthermore, these statements of yours are somewhat confusing....
"The T213-1's used the 350 only, super prints and Southern League subjects and when you compare them to the other T206 subsets the only similarity they have

There are 48 - Major League subjects from the T206 350-only series which include the Six Super Prints. American Lithograph first introduced the 6 Super Prints
in their print run of the 350-only series. And, subsequently continued printing the 6 Super Prints in the 350/460 series with a numerous variety of 460 series backs.

Shown here is a 48-card simulation of the 1910 COUPON (T213-1) Major League (48) subjects

Displayed here are the Six Super Prints (for anyone unfamiliar with them) with the 1910 COUPON advertisement.

The t213-1 should be classified as a t206 way before the Ty Cobb King of the Smoking World back....but just another argument that’ll never change opinions.

I collect all vintage cards by the backs, except T215, which I collect my the front caption. For example, I collect AB350NF, and go for 37 to the "set", or sub-set, if you would rather call it that. If I buy a Piedmont 150 Keeler port, I keep it with the other Piedmont 150 cards. For T207 I keep all the ANON3 backs in a different box from the Recruit backs. I'm okay with the Burdick designations, it's incredible that he compiled so many cards and cataloged them.

Here's a list of what I call the "Coupon only 'super-prints'" to borrow Scot's term...These subjects can be found in all 3 Coupon "sets". I believe I have this list correct, if not let me know.
Chance port, Chase port, Chase throw, Cobb red, Donovan, Doolan glove, Dubuc, Dunn, Evers, Huggins port, Huggins hands to face, Marquard port, Mathewson, Mowrey, Meyers field, Paskart, Street port, Thomas

I have only one example of each T213 type (and no Type 3 with the overprint).
