Default February 4-6: "NJ Sports Card Convention 2022"

Has anyone been to this show in Freehold, NJ?
I went to a local show a few weeks ago and it was basically all Pokemon and ultra-modern.
Given the size and duration of this event, I have to figure there will be more vintage. I am looking for at least some area dedicated to vintage and tobacco..

I was fascinated but at the price per booth I suspect there might be at least a couple of "vintage" dealers there.

I believe there was only 1 or 2 out of maybe 20 or 30 dealers who had vintage last time.. hopefully there should be more as this is should be a fairly large show with a nice turnout.. hopefully replaces white plains as the "east coast national" show to go to

I was thinking the same thing. I'm only about 25 minutes from this show, but without knowing what type of dealers will be there, it's not worth the hefty price of admission to find out.

Fair points - but I am not sure this is a 'local' card show... given the size of the venue and the duration, that is what I am trying to figure out.

If anyone goes, please provide a report about the show and if there was much vintage/pre-war available? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I didn't want to spend $15.99 for admission just to find that out.

There was one table that was all vintage, but zero tobacco.
It was pretty much a waste of time, unless you wanted to pick up a few blaster boxes. Next stop - the national

Most of these "new" smaller shows popping up all over the country are not going to have much vintage. They're really just a lot of the shiny stuff.

I was thinking of setting up there. I have tons of vintage cards to sell. I have complete sets and lots of singles that are 40 years old!

As others have said it was mostly football and basketball from the past three years. The little vintage that was there had outrageous prices from my quick look.
