Default Shipping questions for sellers???

I'm planning on selling some lots of various graded cards. Some will be small; some will be large. I'd like to ship the cards securely without losing money on the shipping and/or have the buyers think I'm trying to gouge them.

What is the best and most economical way to ship these lots???

Does anyone know the average number of cards that can ship via 1st class mail???

How about the average number of cards that can ship in a small, medium, and large USPS priority boxes???

Thanks in advance for any guidance...

You can ship three Sgc graded cards in a bubble mailer; five may be the max in a small flat rate. I recently put 50 in a large flat rate and had room for more.

A box of 24 PSA cards ships in a Padded Flat Rate envelope for $5.35 using ebay shipping.
