Default Predictability of T206 cards with Broad Leaf 350 backs

Posted By: Ted Zanidakis

For any adventurous T206 collector seriously considering the challenge of completing a
"subset" of Broad Leaf 350 cards, the recent BL 350 Thread provided a great starting point.
As many as 143 cards were confirmed with this brand in this survey. But, there are more
to be found; however, how does one know which ones ? Therefore, this Thread addresses
these unknown cards.

I believe I can predict, with a high level of certainty, which cards in the T206 set exist with
BL 350 backs. There is a pattern evident with certain cards in the 350 Series......the cards
that DO NOT exist with Sweet Cap 350, Fac. 25 backs......but, are found with Cycle 350
backs, are invariably found with BL 350 backs. This observation was gleaned from several
large T206 surveys.

So, if my theory is correct, then the following 29 cards should eventually surface with BL 350
backs.

Anderson
Atz
Barger
Brashear
Carr
Chase (dk cap)
Clymer
Cobb (red)
Evans
Evers (yellow sky)
Fiene (port)
Gasper
Groom
Hall
Kelley
Lattimore
Lord
Mathewson (dk cap)
Mattern
McElveen
McGann
Merritt
Mitchell (Cinc)
Pickering
Puttman
Schlafly
Shannon
Stephens
White (Buffalo)

So, just one more survey....can anyone confirm these cards with Broad Leaf 350 backs ?

Default Predictability of T206 cards with Broad Leaf 350 backs

I know that Mitchell exists with a Broadleaf 350 back. My brother and I sold one on ebay in 2004. I think it sold for $135 or something like that.

OK, we have two inputs (Merritt and Mitchell) on the "predicted" list of BL 350 cards.

A good start....27 more to go....let's get some more of your inputs ?

Thanks, TED Z

Default Predictability of T206 cards with Broad Leaf 350 backs

Posted By: Pennsylvania Ted

I have acquired a Chase (blue) with a rare Broad Leaf 350 back and I am tracking down a Chase (dark cap)
with a Broad Leaf 350 back. This Chase is one of the remaining 27 on my "predicted" list of BL 350 cards.
