Usually on those car auctions, they all have a reserve. Usually the seller is on site to determine whether the reseve should be lifted or not (I am talking about the vintage cars on TV, ie Jackson Barrett). If Ebay didn't have such a stigmatism involving reserves, I am sure we would see more of them on cards with the low following/high value.....
