Yikes!!!! He was with Newark in the Fed League, I was mistaken, his Brooklyn affiliation was in the NL... but Ed Reulbach is the guy I was after...
As for the catcher and the hardware store, I have no idea. Don't know if you're talking Kling, Archer, or someone else. Big Ed would have liked the "curve ball". |
