Interesting that you would say that, the final destination was Newark, CA.

I suppose it's plausible that some dimwit actually routed the package to Newark, NJ. If that's the case, the package could well be in another dimension by now.

As an aside, and I hope this isn't inappropriate, the company that the merchandise was being returned to, credited my account even though they never received the package and verbally told me that they couldn't credit my account. Good business practice imo and I'll be a returning customer. The company is swimoutlet.com.

Yeah, hope it doesn't go to New Jersey. I swear, every package I've ever had go missing. Last place it was seen was Newark, New Jersey..........whether it be a domestic shipment or an International.

No offense, but Chicago has seen it's share of burning mailbags under viaducts as well over the years......the USPS is in trouble.....service isn't too bad even with all the issues though. $8.5B losses this year.......gonna run out of money by mid next year.....
