Anyone here remember the Fugs? Their music was as far out of the mainstream as was possible. They played such songs as Boobs A Lot and I Feel Like Homemade Sh*t. They were an East Village band in the 1960's.

Tuli Kupferberg died last year, but Ken Weaver and Ed Sanders are still living. I met Tuli a couple of times and he was very friendly.

Default That is amazing for a 17 year old freestyling like that

"I don't know much about Rap music, but I did see the movie about Biggie and it compelled me to look up this youtube video...pretty amazing IMO...this is when he was only 17 years old and still unknown.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFbznQffqx0 "

They actually use this freestyle on the new Biggie's Notorious soundtrack album

Default Odd but catchy...

Who here has listened to 10CC ?
their album "how dare you" features some way out tunes...especially "I wanna rule the world" and "Art for art's sake"

Check them out!

Cool topic!

What a great flashback. My father had a couple of their albums(not CDs) when I was a kid. My favorite will always be "Saran wrap."

First par is live intro. Song begins around 1:29.
