Default Did anyone else happen to see this Joe Jackson photo on Ebay?

Posted By: Tony Andrea

Not sure if anyone else saw this original Joe Jackson Photo that ended
on Ebay this evening, but thought it was worthy of sharing.
I wasn't the winner but whoever was got a priceless image.
I love cards but this picture is awesome!!!!!
Note the writing on the back of the photo. It states one of the trophies
Jackson is holding is for throwing the ball the furthest in a competition.
396' on the fly........ That's a long way folk's.....

I remember watching Cesar Geronimo throw a baseball from homeplate over the centerfield wall at Riverfront. But a major leaguer named Glen Gorbous threw a baseball 445 feet in 1947 and nobody has come close since.

looks like it may be a board member who won, not sure. Maybe he'll chime in.

Incredible photo and the written note is just as neat.
