Default Recent Autograph Authenticators "test" I need some info. Thanks

Posted By: Bob S

Hi folks,

I hope everyone has a very nice Holiday weekend, (maybe a 4 day one for some).

I have a question. I seem to recall that a member here or perhaps in a related forum mentioned that recently (say within the last several months), there was a test given to various of the most highly respected autograph authenticators in the US. It may have been at a large regional show (not the National, I don't think), or it may have been organized by one of the large trade pubs, or even a large newspaper.

My lyme is showing itself here again....sorry.

I think the results were very poor performances by almost all the participants.

If anyone has any info on this issue, I would be very grateful if you would post some facts or web links. (I've already searched the archives, but I couldn't find anty references)

Thanks very much, and again, all the best to board members and their loved ones.

Bob
