Default N167 Conner on eBay

Was anyone surprised by the price of the n167 Conner that popped up on eBay? Went for 13,000 +. Looks like it would grade a one. Was hoping to win at 7500 but got crushed.

Any thoughts on this card?

I was in your range and watching it. Probably went for about what it is worth...who knows? However since I say that it will probably go for about 100k if it goes to a big auction house.

Default Connor

I am sure you’re right. Great story for the seller. Found it in a box at an estate sale.

I'm not too surprised with the final price.
Considering how rare the issue is and with the card presenting well despite the condition, it seems justified.

I was also figuring $7-$8k but I guess the final number makes sense considering the rarity.

I picked one up locally at a card shop about 20+ years ago for $20. It had a corner missing but it was a HOFer. Ended up selling it in an auction for about $250 and thought I hit the lottery.
