Default Topps Major League Material?

These days I focus on vintage, and know next to nothing about current cards (I stopped buying wax I think around 1994...) but every year for Christmas I do buy my girls a few packs or blaster boxes of current cards.

My question for this year - what exactly are the game used items put in the Topps "Major League Material" inserts? My oldest got what I believe is a Buster Posey bat card - but is it even his bat? It says "memorabilia" next to the swatch of whatever it is, and on the back contains the standard disclaimer "The memorabilia contained on this card is not from any specific game, event or season. "

I know it's not worth a ton; there are several of this same card on eBay right now for between $5 and 10...but just curious as to what this actually is that's on the front of it.

Thanks...

Default

Its a thin slice of his game used bat,the disclaimer just means its not necessarily a bat from a specific game or event (playoffs, all star game, etc)
