The fees for stamps-
PF starts at $27, and is 5.5% of the value with a $1000 cap on the fee APEX starts at $20 min for members, 3% with a max fee of 400 OR 40/5/800 for non-members. PSE is about the same. And there's NO guaranteed turnaround time. Even with the increase, the PSA fees don't look so bad. |

Yea I wont be holding my breath. But I will submit less and will stick to buying cards in a holder I'm happy with.
