It's adding zeros or something, not working right. I had a very unsatisfactory call with PSA today where they said not enough people use it so they didn't link it to the new pop report page and may abandon it entirely. I don't get it, what could it cost them to maintain it?
I would suggest that others contact them.

It looks like they are stringing together the three Grade+Q values instead of adding them as numbers. For example, concatenating 32 and 2 and 1 into 3221 instead of adding them as numbers like 32+2+1 = 35.
