Hey John Rogers, I heard that your friend Peter Nash wants to hire an attorney to oppose a motion to the court made by Lifson's attorney to reimburse Lifson for legal fees amounting to approximately $250,000. That's not good for me and you, it's going to be a long haul before we get paid. Remember my wife and I have a Judgment against the Nash's, you don't, so we get paid first. By the way your friend Doug Allen told me about how Peter Nash stole $5,000 from Doug's credit card to pay for his attorney back in 2011. Doug told me he reported it to the credit card company and they canceled payment. Maybe you should warn Doug to cancel that credit card. It's too bad that Doug didn't press charges on Nash.

Mr. Roger's have you seen my 1912 Red Sox World Series gold diamond stickpin? Please check out the thread, "Peter Nash where are the items you stole from me!", on the first post you can see a picture of the 1912 stickpin. Did Peter Nash or Al Angelo sell it to you? In Peter Nash's affidavit paragraph 28 it says "$10,000 of the funds wired by John Rogers was intended for respondent Nash to act as an agent for Mr. Roger in a purchase of memorabilia items"... So I'm curious to know if Nash tried to sell you the stolen stickpin? See below, Peter Nash's affidavit dated March 19, 2012, I only posted 3 pages of the affidavit it's too long to post the whole thing.

Either Nash is a lawyer or a lawyer ghost wrote that affidavit for him. Normal people do not write, "as more fully set forth herein."

So are you saying that lawyers are abnormal people?

Sorry, I'll withdraw the question - it calls for a conclusion.
