Default T206 fakes - watch out

He's only selling a few fake commons, but watch out. They are obvious, but better than most:

Wow, these are getting better. I mean, sometimes the dark brown lettering can be confused with the black color of the reprints when it comes to names. Sometimes the names of authentic cards look like they are a black color. Scary stuff out on the market. Thanks for the heads up!

Default Nothing a little bleach can't get out

Check out the back scans on the listings...they have the reprint designation on the bottom scrubbed off.

Looking at the rest of his T206 listings, I see he has the Rare black Piedmont and the uber rare blue Sovereign.

There was nice reprint set created in the early '60s (I may have my dates off a little), and I think these are from that set. The back colors are not near as far off as the more modern ones.

To the seller's credit, these cards are pulled. End time shows as about 9 AM Eastern.

I had sent him a message letting him know they were reprints, he sent me a note thanking me for the information. Said he didn't know they were reprints & pulled the listings.
