Default Glue Residue on Tobacco cards

How do both PSA and SGC grade cards like this. I know it is difficult to see, especially on the front but see the reverse and assume the pinkish areas on the reverse is glue residue. When in hand, it can easily been seen on the front and back.

So, which grading company should I send it to. I have several cards with the glue like this and are really nice.
Thanks,
Bob
