Any 1947 Tip Top Bread Collectors out there?
I recently bought a small lot of 1947 Tip Top bread cards and have enjoyed them immensely (thank you CardinalCollector!).
Anyway, I was looking around the forum and Google and there is not a lot of information out there. I realize that there are 163 cards and it is considered a group of regional sets, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of "press coverage" on the set. - Are there any other Net54 folks out there that collect 1947 Tip Top Bread? - Is the lack of "press" on the set due to the: a) lack of overall popularity b) scarcity of the cards c) regional nature of the "set" d) all of the above? Love to hear other folks' opinions/thoughts...
