Help needed at the Net54baseball Dinner at the National....

As the title says, I need some help at the Net54baseball Dinner at the National, on Friday August 2. I need 2 people, over the age of 18, to help with the entry of our guests at the Dinner. These 2 people will be sitting at the front of the banquet room when folks enter, either inside or outside of the room, not sure yet. They will make sure everyone fills out a name tag with First and Last name, and this year with a USER ID from the board too. I will be wearing one too. If you don't want to wear a name tag, no problem, don’t come to the Dinner. Believe me; it helps almost every single person to have everyone wearing one. Also, this year it will be a tiny bit more formal in check-in. What I mean is that if you RSVP this year, and don't come to it and don't tell me you aren't, then you won't be invited to the next one.The helpers will have RSVP lists to check off on admittance. The cost is around $70 per person (of course free to all members) and at least half of that is based on head count. All that being said, whoever volunteers for this job (about an hour to an hour and a half of the first part of the six hour affair....) will get a free media pass to the show, for all days, courtesy of Mike Berkus, the show promoter and founder. That pass will allow you to get free early admission each day there. It does NOT include autographs but is still a pretty good gift for an hour and a half of doing me a favor. If anyone is having a difficult tim with the monies, that is who I would like to hear from first. ****Edited to add that in a few days I will make a final decision. I won't make it public.
