Horizontal, Or Vertical?
When it comes to card, program/score card, etc. binders and scrap books, do you prefer to lay them flat, which looks good for display, or do you stand them vertical, which makes them a lot easier to get to?
I re-designed my modest little cabinet so that my card binders are much easier to get to, but maybe doesn't look so great?

I do vertical for accessibility. But now you've got me thinking about displays !

I noticed the “Baseball Life of Mickey Mantle” on your shelf. I read that book in 4th grade.

Scholastic Book Service. One of the few things from when I was a kid that was kept.

I have posted this before, I had a 1965 Topps set stored vertically in a 3-ring binder for about 25 years. The weight of the pages stressed the top left corners of the ultra pro pages and bent some of the top left cards.
They didn't crease but the corners got curved. I flattened the cards out and I don't think they show any permanent damage. But now I store all my binders flat. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |
