Default Memorial Service for Jim Blumenthal

A memorial service for Jim will be held this Sunday at 4PM at the Wilshire Country Club in Los Angeles. Jim's wife Tiffany asked me to pass this on to all his collecting friends. I hope to see many of you there.

Jay

The Los Angeles memorial took place yesterday afternoon. In attendedce were over four hundred people, which goes to show how many lives Jim touched. It was good to see Tony Arnold, Jason Miller, Anthony Nex, Bruce Babcock, and Adam Warshaw, although I think it is very safe to say that we would have all preferred to meet under different circumstances. It was my first chance to meet Jim's wife Tiffany in person, and I was blown away by what a great person she is. Ben could not be in better hands.

It was certainly a fitting tribute to Jim, and at times felt more like a wedding than a memorial- something that Jim would've wanted.
The stories of Jim's courage as he faced his own mortality were both heartbreaking and inspirational.
