Are there any other notable errors, variations, descripencies in cards that are collected. My understaind of the list is as follows:
Name variations:
Print variations:
Ink cards: Really only interested in Boston missing red
Non boston players just because I own them:
List all of the other odd ball/freaks you know about. Kevin Last edited by thehoodedcoder; 09-14-2013 at 12:13 PM. |

Friendless suggestion
You might indicate T206 in the title, otherwise the T206'ers might miss this post.

I don't know if this counts, but I collect McGraw port with a red ink mark on his shirt. I haven't seen one for sale in quite a while and I do look for them, although not obsessively. I've only seen this mark on Piedmont 150's.

I have a unique Harry Davis (H. Davis on front) with Phila. AMEP (rather than Philla. AMER). Haven't seen another...

The T206 Lundgren Cubs can be found with a partial "N" (I've noted a few examples over the years).

Color variations really are a dime a dozen it seems. or due to external factors.
Id be in interested in seeing the Criger card if you can dig up a scan. Kevin |

Re: T206 Notable Variations and Discrepencies
I posted this some months ago and got virtually no response. The caption on this Pfeffer clearly says Chicago. Been looking for a mate since. Not surprisingly, neither SGC nor PSA would label it "ChicaCo". Maybe if I sent them thousands of dollars in monthly in submissions...

Ed it definitely looks like it is missing part of the G making it look like a C
much like the Dopner shappe and others like this it most likely had something on the plate blocking part of the G. |
