Default Joe Jackson Stars Of The Diamond Notebook

So, I purchased this off a guy in the B/S/T and have done a relatively extensive search, and can't find ANY info about it. I have several notebooks with Cobb, Matty, etc on the cover, but this was the first one like this I have seen. It is complete AND tightly bound, although used by a child, and dated 1915.

Anyone else have any info about this series???

Nice pickup Greg. I had emailed the owner about buying it a few weeks ago as well, guess that's why I never heard back! :-)
I tried to research it quite a bit too, and couldn't find anything on it either. Curious to see what others think.

Thanks Jeff. It really is a cool piece. Looks like some kind of schoolgirl's work inside, spelling, geography, language. I love these things as it is a piece of "someone's" history

I, too, am curious to see other's thoughts here.

There are quite a few of these notebooks that turn up that almost seem like one of a kind. I had never seen this one before I picked it up a few years ago. Like postcards, they seem much more interesting "used". I'm guessing the players weren't paid any licensing fee.

I really like these types of notebooks. I've had a few over the years, this is the only one I have now. It is not unique, I have seen 1 or 2 others.
