Looks like your Berk Ross is graded authentic not a "1". What attributes make it graded "authentic". Also why are you asking more than book? Thanks

It is kind of stupid to ask more than VCP for the cards. Thus, I lowered the prices. I originally set the prices at more than VCP because I thought best offers would be considerably less and I want to get prices in accordance with general market value, which VCP tracks.

As for why PSA graded the card Authentic rather than PSA 1, I asked them that question when I got the card graded at the National last week. They said that they could have just as easily graded it PSA MK due to the indention of what looks like a pencil mark that has been erased to the left of his head. Also, the card is stained some, and I believe they could have also added the qualifier of ST. They told me that they would reholder it as PSA 1 MK if I wanted them to, but that I would likely be better off with an Authentic grade. The card does have decent corners for what that's worth.

Default lets make a deal..

Wow,
I had no idea you could "barter and bargain" with PSA.....I dont think thats right....they give a card a PSA 2...and say " well,I tell you what I'll do..I make it a PSA 3 with MK..if you like" .... that doesnt sound very professional for a grading company to do

Yes, me too... Im a PSA holder ..cracker .. kind of guy... its a shame you sometimes pay more because a card is in a holder..although sometimes is funny...a guy selling a PSA enclosed card..and he only wants like 5 or 7 bucks for it..probably what it cost to grade the thing !
