I dont know how buyers get away with this. As sellers, we are expected to hold up our end of the deal. No matter how cheaply a card sells for.

I remember when you could leave feedback for a buyer. eBay put an end to that in their never ending attempt to become Amazon. They want the customer to have all the power with free shipping and free returns. But some of the products we buy and sell are volatile and the price can rise or drop in a day. At the end of the day, that’s the way they want it.

Is this guy also a serial retractor? Seems to be a sport out there for some of these guys lately. Have fun sabotaging and auction, and then if you happen to actually win something you don't really want, just pay for it and request to cancel the sale to avoid an unpaid item claim.
