Default Brian Crotts: Good news

Posted By: Mike Peich

Dear All,

I feel it is appropriate to inform the Board that Brian Crotts repaid the entire amount he owed, and I have thanked him for honoring his responsibility to reimburse me. I trust that in the future he will be more judicious in all of his card transactions with Board members and others.

Thanks to all of you for your good words and advice.

Cheers,
Mike
