Brian Crotts: Good news

Dear All,

I feel it is appropriate to inform the Board that Brian Crotts repaid the entire amount he owed, and I have thanked him for honoring his responsibility to reimburse me. I trust that in the future he will be more judicious in all of his card transactions with Board members and others.
