Short video but appropiate with some of the bickering that frequents the board.

Ken...your video was fine and dandy for folks living in a dream world. Here is what is happening in the real world. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keygM6u5v0o&feature=related

Marshall, you make my point. If we spent more time looking at what is good instead of seeking out the negative, maybe our country wouldn't be in the current problems. It simply amazes me when all we can concentrate on is negativity. Try being positive for once as a group, We might see things in a different light.happy.gif

It would be nice if the world were peaceful but the streets are full of wild and bizarre folks. This guy had me in stitches but i must say what is puzzling is that the prosecuting attorney was acting like a tough guy, trust me wrong move on his part.

Ken- Nice video, but with the voice-overs I thought I might be watching a Saturday Night Live skit. And if your point was to criticize some of the recent political threads, I'm not sure bringing religion into the mix was the right move. That said, gotta appreciate the effort. Thanks.

Bob,

No religious message intended. The point is to get rid of the negative tone recently shown on the board. Imagine if everyone could remain positive for one week. In fact I challenge the members of this board to remain positive for one week. Good start with J Levine's post in this thread. Good job

Don't listen to the criticism. You're good enough, you're smart enough, and doggone it, people like you!

Ken is right ('cept for the religious thing), We should show kindness and be respectful to each other... Until prevoked, that is wink.gif

Anthony -

whenever I see that card, I think of the old guy from Poltergeist.

Am I the only one?

I always thought of James Joyce, but I can see the poltergeist comparison now that you mention it.

Alan,

Great video, kind of reflects my opinion of negativism. I'm not gonna Take it anymore.

Gents, great cards. Now you have the idea. More cards please.

Scott....my feelings are crushed. Does this mean we can not be friends? I just do not think i can bear it if we are not friends. Yes i am a attorney and have been practicing message board law for 10 years. I changed my name at birth because i thought it would be perfect for a high profile message board attorney.

have you ever posted a card or added anything to this forum or enhanced a discussion?

every time you post, its a snide, rude , degrading, condescending remark...or a remark bashing somebody or something...

you shouldnt dismiss me as a friend so quickly...i can bet you have a very short list of those....

Can ya'll please take your squabble to private emails? I am all for helping enforce a little less negativity on the board. I am not saying we should live in a Utopia and wear rose colored glasses but it is just as easy to be positive as it is negative...take care ya'll

Yes i have posted cards and also other items of interest. I only posted the above video because of Ken's video which nothing was said rude to Ken. I have no problems with Ken although his video seemed like a old Saturday night live skit and out of touch with the real world. Also your question regarding whether or not i am a attorney is the alltime best.

No problem Leon but i do not want anyone e-mailing me in regards to this kind of nonsense. Their are countless number of squabbles, finger pointing, and so on that takes place on other posts.

I really don't care if you email your squabble to each other or not. I would prefer it just be done with....however, I just don't want it on the board (again) is the reason I asked.....ya'll have a good Sunday.....best regards and thanks

Leon and Scott,

you definitely got my point as did most of the board. Not sure Marshall did. In the end it sort of turned out to be a pick up thread as was really intended. The card posts were awesome. Be positive and all have an awesome month (not just one day).
