If there is a crease or pin hole, I'm guessing a 2. Otherwise it looks like a 3.

No pin holes , it does have some fine surface wrinkles by the corners and one by the E in his name on the front .

VG 3 as well.

FWIW, a pin hole automatically downgrades it to a POOR 1 from PSA.
