Brian,

I really thought this one was authentic, until I saw that pinking shears were used to age that upper left corner.

I believe the correct "hobby" term for the right border is the "knuckle curve"

All of his reprints are tagged 'reprint', but I can't find a way to actually search for such cards in his listings, or to exclude them.

Frank,

I would say the term would be a combination of slider, curve and knuckleball. Maybe, the name slurvekleball would apply.
