Default SGC case mystery smudging

I am doing another big crack-out and noticing this blotchy streaking on the inside of about half the SGC slabs. It almost looks like they wiped the inside before sealing it, but I'm guessing that's not the case since its not on all of them....it's pretty ugly/distracting. Since I'm cracking them all out, its not a big deal, but has anyone else had this issue?

Default Smudging..

I also have had a few similar to yours. Although the smudging on mine seems to run vertically in the case.

So I just cracked this one. It's funny, from the outside it looked like the smudge was on the inside, but from the inside it appears to be on the outside. Its definitely not condensation as none of it is coming off despite all my efforts. The streakiness almost appears to micro-scratching of some sort, but that I still have no idea what the round blotches could be from....

I've seen this discussed somewhere before, but I can't remember where (maybe it was the SGC boards). The problem is in the plastic - it's not on the surface of the slab - either the inside or the outside.

I agree. Definitely not condensation. I personally started noticing it about 6 months ago. How about you guys?

Yikes. That's not an insignificant problem.

Yep, I have the same issue on one of my SGC graded cards. I thought it was condensation at first as well, but at least now I know where the real problem lies.

I've noticed this on a few of my SGC slabbed T206 cards.
