Default E210s?

Hi-
I recently acquired the scrapbook page scanned below and I have some questions regarding it.

1. Is there any way to tell from the front if these are Yorks, F50s, or W502s?
2. Most of these are paper thin as if they were skinned. Is there a chance these were cut from some sort of paper advertisement?
3. There are a few glossy ones (that are as thick as normal cards from this set) which is why I thought they might be E210s (mixture of types). Did any of the other similar sets have glossy cards?

Thanks in advance,
Alan

Hi Alan
I don't have my types in hand but think it's going to be tough to tell from the fronts.
