Default T206 Oddity Help on Camnitz

I found this card in my T206's and was wondering if anyone has any insight to the blue shaded area near the top border and the bottom.

The bottom looks like it extends upward to just below his collar. It looks like some kind of color shift as the it appears the same distance into the right white border and the left inside border.

Any idea what it could be? The reverse is a Piedmont 15 Factory 25 2nd District.

Thanks,
Bob

The blue layer is shifted down and to the right. The marks by his face match up with where the blue should be on his hat and ear. The blue on the top of the card is the bottom of the blue layer from the card above Camnitz on the sheet.

Thanks for the reply gentlemen. I do see where it is a color shift down and to the right and matches up.
I did not notice the green top part of the cap before. Maybe I can list it on ebay as a very rare green cap top for $18k........well I guess not. Oh well
Thanks!
Bob
