Sorry to hear the bad news, I had seen improvement in PSA'S customer service lately and was hoping that it would continue. As far as value goes, I'd only be guessing, but I would think you lost atleast 30% of the value. I'm sure MW, Pete and Tbob are more qualified than I am when it comes to the Candy issues.
