The ATC dissolution was a long drawn out court battle that started out
in 1908 and supposedly reached 100% dissolution on February 28 1912.
I say supposedly because there were accusations that there were still
shenanigans going on long after that date.
Because of the long process there are several dates referred to as
when the dissolution took place.
