Bought some cards from him twice a few years ago. Seemed like a nice guy on the phone. My second order with him, I lost 15 bucks. He didn't send one of the cards I ordered because he discovered some flaw with the card, but I never got my 15 bucks back either. I suppose if I would have reminded him, he would have made good on it.

I just got an email from Gar, & he offered to send the 15 bucks. It just fell through the cracks, & he just didn't realize it. He is a true gentlemen like I suspected, & great to deal with.
