Peter Thomasfrom them (he and his wife) and it arived by UPS cracked in half, with the card creased at the crack. UPS came promptly to get the card from me and fill out report. Within 2 weeks they had paid them (shipper) the full cost of the card and shipping. It took me almost a year to get refund from them ( he's taking care of it - she's taking care of it) Finally after 10 or more call and an equal number of emails I did get my money back.
