A lot of the difference in the ones from the original post are the difference in venue.

One was listed in a specialist auction for the subject matter, and was already nicely framed and well described.

The other was listed in Ebays art section. Mass published woodcuts aren't all that exciting as art, they're a rough equivalent to a printed repro of a famous painting, but like this one without the fame.
It was also poorly described. About like saying "old baseball card" without identifying the set or player. (I actually bought one described that way, a pretty beat George C Miller )
