I hate to be the lawyer in this that plays Devil's advocate...

but why can't PSA pay you to just send them BACK to SGC and get them put BACK into SGC holders with the proper SGC grades??

For 8 cards, this couldn't cost more than about $75.

If I am PSA, this is what I propose as a "settlement."

After all, if SGC does not even give them the SAME grade that they received from SGC the FIRST time ... then PSA's position is even STRONGER in that your cards were simply "misgraded" by SGC and NOT by PSA.

Sorry this happened, but I think you will end up with your cards back in SGC holders and be "made whole" again.
