Robert S.I picked up this photo in an antique shop last weekend for $5. The reverse has an International News Photos stamp from the 1940s (as per Fogel's Mastro book), but no caption.
As the seller put it: "I don't know who either of those guys are, but they sure do look important."
Any idea of the identity of the guy with Connie? Any help appreciated...
