My Sister-In-Law lives outside of Rochester. For really good Italian food, I would recommend Agatinas (
www.agatinas.com). If you need to go shopping, Wegman's are great Supermarkets. If you like antique stores, there is a big multi dealer shop (s) about 20 minutes from Rochester. The only problem is that they are mostly cases, but I did pretty well with sports items. It has been more than 5 years since I was there and can't remember the name, but I bet you could google it.
