I think the best way to ship to Canada is Global Priority. The USPS is slower to update thier site but as soon as a package crosses the border you can check the tracking number at canadapost.com. I have done many high dollar transactions and never had a problem with tracking this service or paypal accepting the delivery confirmation. As far as people asking for lower declaration, that's a judgement call on the sellers behalf. The auction houses tell you upfront that they do not do this so it's your call as a buyer. As long as you state in your ebay auction that you will not do this, that's that. Jim
