I thought he appeared to have darker skin. I hadn’t paid attention to the writing on The back of the photo until I payee closer attention to the man in the suit. I don’t think he Fowler ( Who African American )however I think he does appear to have darker skin than the men around him. Do you know anything about baseball league teams called rising Sun in Ohio
