they are trying to make it easiest and safest FOR BUYERS..that is they Key, they want to be BUYER FRIENDLY......BECAUSE, where the buyers are, is where the sellers will go....
a site that is great for sellers and has few buyers will not succeed....
EBAY knows that if the buyer is happy, then the sellers will have no choice but to stay...how do you say, they have the sellers by the gallions!
