Dan Mathewson When a person takes a PSA card, then sends it to another grader for reslabbing, what happens to the PSA Population Report?
For example: Say you have a PSA 5 Matty Portrait. You have it sent to SCG for reslabbing. It is now an SGC 60/5 (or less, heh heh, just kidding!! No throwing rocks!!)
Does this card continue to populate both Population Reports? What if a year later it gets sent to another grader for reslabbing? Does it now occupy three Population Reports?
How does that work?
